TAMPA, Florida – December 22, 2009 – The University of Tampa/Sykes School of Business and the members of the Sustainable Business Awards Committee announced the selection of IT Authorities as one of the 2010 Sustainable Business of the Year Award Winners in Tampa Bay.

The University of Tampa MBA Selection Committee did a thorough review of a large number of nominees and took a detailed look at their business practices. The winners are those found to operate their businesses with highest regard to the Earth Charter principles of People, Profit, and Planet.

Award winners will be honored at the Sustainable Business Awards Luncheon and Awards Ceremony on February 19, 2010, at the University of Tampa’s Vaughn Center, 11:30 AM - 1 PM.

In addition, the UT graduate business team is currently working on a comprehensive report about the sustainability winners in the Tampa Bay area. The finished product will feature a case study on each award recipient and will be featured in the February edition of the Tampa Bay Business Journal, showcasing the Sustainable Business Awards and the current winners.
