During a career that spans over a decade of finance, operations and general management, Mr. Carter’s experience includes leadership positions with Brown & Brown Insurance, where he was Regional Operations Supervisor overseeing Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Facility Management for 23 branches, and with Trenam Kemker Law Firm, one of Florida’s top law firms in size and breadth of practice, where he served as Accounting Manager.

Mr. Carter holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of South Florida.
