The iT’s Hosted solution uses the IT Authorities virtual environment located in the hosting facility.  The environment consists of top quality equipment configured to provide hardware and software failover.

End users can connect via netbooks, laptops, desktops or any Windows system with Internet access. 

Backups - Systems will be backed up using imaging (clone) technology.  These images will be maintained by IT Authorities and retained for 1 week.  Additional backup options such as email (brick) level and archival can be added using the iT’s Backed Up plan.
