IT Authorities is a place where leadership is paramount regardless of what position you hold in our organization. We are students and promote Dr. John Maxwell’s research and education on “The 360◦ Leader”. We have employees that as a demonstration of leadership have taken it upon themselves to provide after hour training to employees looking to increase their value by increasing their knowledge.
Great leaders are in charge of their lives and feel responsible for the lives around them. Leadership is the single most important element of our culture and it is a subject we take serious enough to warrant a permanent space in our University program.
