Service Management/ Network Operations Center
We have over 90 technicians responsible for monitoring our client’s networks and providing 24x7x365 end-user support to ensure consistent uptime. These engineers are ready to support end users and get them back to work quickly. They are patient, they are thorough, and they are amazing at solving problems quickly.
Professional Services and Project Management
This is where we design, oversee and manage full-cycle infrastructure project implementations – everything from data migrations, system and network upgrades, managed services planning and transitions, and execution.
When our managed services customers need hardware, software or maintenance agreements, our procurement team assists by shopping for the best pricing from our distribution partners, owning the logistics of making sure we receive it when we need it and kicking off the change management process. In addition, this group is responsible for asset management, warehousing of equipment and depot inventories for our large managed services customers.
Inventory / Warehouse / Depot
This room is designated for inventory that comes in and out of our facility for our clients. We have several large clients that utilize our depot services and we have working systems stored here so that we can immediately respond by taking systems out of inventory and bring them directly to our customer’s end user and have them back to operational quickly and without having to wait for part replacements or system replacements through purchasing and procurement.
Build Room 1
This is where we stage equipment for deployment and work on systems and networking equipment when it needs to be performed onsite. This room boasts equipment to rapidly deploy system images and set group policies and security settings to be ready for onsite installations.
These six offices (rooms 113-118) are for our management team including our CIO, CTO, VP of IT Operations, VP of Procurement, CFO and COO.

Our meeting rooms were designed to promote an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation, which is why we’ve named each of our rooms after some of the history’s greatest innovators of all time; Earl Nightingale, Jim Rohn, John Maxwell and Dale Carnegie.

Level 3 Engineers
Our level 3 engineers have the highest level of IT expertise to help with bigger IT projects and tackle on more complex issues that may arise.
Level 2 Engineers
Our level 2 engineers assist with the day-to-day support requests of our clients to keep IT operations and business processes running as smooth as possible.
We care about the wellbeing of our employees, which is why we’ve designated a company-wide zen room for employees to clear their minds and have some “me” time.
