Do you offer CyberSecurity?
a: Yes. Our optional CyberSecurity offering includes watching for the bad guys, stopping the bad guys, training your team members how to identify bad emails and assessing your security policies and procedures.
Does the service include Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?
a: Absolutely. We take SLAs very seriously and measure every aspect of your IT needs. What’s more, we are completely transparent with our metrics and which means you’ll have access to them anytime anywhere.
What is the minimum number of employees and/or seats that I must have?
a: The most cost-effective minimum number of seats is 25. If you have additional questions on pricing, please contact us at or call 866-587-5211.
What happens if my number of employees changes?
a: No worries. This happens all the time. Every month we’ll adjust your account to reflect the number of active employees.
Is there an onboarding fee?
a: Yes. Starting our partnership off right, is critical and to ensure a proper onboarding which is why there is a fee associated. This covers the development of knowledge base articles and process documents. The fee is equal to one month of service.
How long does it take to onboard the services?
a: The onboarding experience typically takes two weeks. You are assigned a Project Manager and Customer Success Executive to ensure a smooth and collaborative onboarding.
What technology is supported with the $99 per user pricing?
a: Laptops, desktops, tablets, smart phones, servers, storage, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services, switches, routers, firewalls, and correlating operating systems.
Do you have contracts or cancellation fees?
a: Nope! Doing business with a partner should be easy and built on trust. Our monthly service agreements are just that – no long-term commitments. Therefore, there are no contracts nor cancellation fees.
How do I know my technology is current?
a: We consider this to be “the fundamentals”. Our certified engineers work closely with you to ensure your technology is up to date and aligned to your business objectives.
Do I have a dedicated person for my account?
a: Absolutely! You will have a Customer Success Executive assigned to your company so that you have a single point of contact. When it comes to technical support you have our entire staff that works as a team with you to address any issue that comes up.
Are my IT assets tracked somewhere?
a: Yes. We track all IT assets and provide real-time dashboards for you to view at any time.
